Delicious and hearty BBQ Pulled Chicken Portobello Sliders made with tender pulled chicken and savory portobello mushrooms, perfect for your next gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pulled chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup coleslaw (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
