Description

Delicious and healthy keto eggrolls that will satisfy your cravings while keeping your carb intake low.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers (keto-friendly)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1 minute.
  2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the chopped cabbage and soy sauce, cooking until cabbage is tender.
  4. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  5. Place a tablespoon of filling on each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly.
  6. Fry the egg rolls in hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add green onions to the filling.
