- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 package egg roll wrappers (keto-friendly)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1 minute.
- Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and soy sauce, cooking until cabbage is tender.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Place a tablespoon of filling on each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly.
- Fry the egg rolls in hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add green onions to the filling.
- These eggrolls can be frozen and reheated later.
