Description

Deliciously crispy chaffles that taste like Oreos but are low in carbs and keto-friendly.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat the waffle maker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, mozzarella cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, baking powder, and almond flour.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook until crispy.
