Ingredients

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat the waffle maker.
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, mozzarella cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, baking powder, and almond flour.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook until crispy.
- Remove carefully and serve warm.
Notes
- Chaffles can be topped with whipped cream or sugar-free syrup.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
