- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup erythritol
- 12 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an angel food cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whip the egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add erythritol while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the almond flour mixture and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool upside down before removing from the pan.
