Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup granulated erythritol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs, cream cheese, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread the blueberry filling on top.
- Cut the dough into strips and braid them together.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- For a sweeter filling, add a bit more erythritol to the blueberries.
- This recipe can be customized with different berries.
