Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated erythritol
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, cream cheese, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread the blueberry filling on top.
  5. Cut the dough into strips and braid them together.
  6. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • For a sweeter filling, add a bit more erythritol to the blueberries.
  • This recipe can be customized with different berries.
