Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef brisket
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle seasoning
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub the brisket with olive oil, chipotle seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the brisket in a baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
  4. Bake for 4 hours or until tender.
