- 2 tablespoons chipotle seasoning
- 2 avocados, sliced

- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the brisket with olive oil, chipotle seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the brisket in a baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for 4 hours or until tender.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Slice the brisket against the grain.
- Serve the sliced brisket topped with avocado, pickled jalapeños, and cotija cheese, drizzling with lime juice.
Notes
- You can use store-bought pickled jalapeños or make your own.
- For added flavor, marinate the brisket overnight.
