  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup of the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Season the beef cubes with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the beef to the skillet. Sear the meat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining 1/4 cup of butter to the skillet. Stir to coat the beef in the melted butter and garlic.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the beef to absorb the flavors.
