Description
A flavorful and rich Butter Meat recipe featuring tender beef sirloin cooked in a buttery garlic sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup of the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Season the beef cubes with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the beef to the skillet. Sear the meat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining 1/4 cup of butter to the skillet. Stir to coat the beef in the melted butter and garlic.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the beef to absorb the flavors.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes when sautéing the garlic.
- Serve over a bed of steamed vegetables or with a side of rice to complement the rich flavors.
