- 1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with butter.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Pecorino Romano and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add black pepper and salt to taste; mix well.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra cheese and pepper if desired.

- For a creamier sauce, add a little pasta water when mixing in the cheese.
