- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and chop it into florets. Steam until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain and cool the cauliflower, then blend it in a food processor until it is rice-like consistency.
- In a bowl, combine the cauliflower with eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and baking powder.
- Mix until well combined and form into bun shapes on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
