- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grate the cauliflower using a box grater or food processor.
- In a bowl, mix the grated cauliflower with cheese, egg, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
