Enjoy a low-carb take on a classic cheeseburger with these delicious cheeseburger cabbage wraps!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large cabbage leaves
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded


Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Take a cabbage leaf and fill it with a portion of the beef mixture.
  5. Top with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce.
  6. Wrap the cabbage leaf around the filling and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
