These deliciously crispy avocado fries are perfectly paired with a spicy chipotle aioli for a low-carb, keto-friendly snack or appetizer.

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo, minced
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Cut the avocado into fries.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each avocado fry in beaten egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While the fries are cooking, mix together mayonnaise, minced chipotle pepper, and lime juice in a small bowl to make the aioli.
- Serve the crispy avocado fries with the chipotle aioli for dipping.
Notes
- Make sure the avocados are ripe for the best texture.
- Adjust the spice level of the aioli by adding more or less chipotle pepper.
- These fries can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days but are best enjoyed fresh.
