Description

A delicious and moist cake made with coconut flour, perfect for gluten-free diets.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until smooth.
