Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
