- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, and artichokes.
- Spread the creamy mixture on top of the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
