Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  4. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
