Ingredients

  • 1 cup pork rinds, crushed
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Slice the onion into rings and separate them.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed pork rinds, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each onion ring in the egg, then coat with the pork rind mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the coated onion rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove and let them cool slightly before serving.
