- 1 cup pork rinds, crushed
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg

- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Slice the onion into rings and separate them.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed pork rinds, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each onion ring in the egg, then coat with the pork rind mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the coated onion rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add spices to the coating mixture.
