Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, chopped bacon, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and bacon is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
