Description

This crustless quiche is a delicious and easy way to enjoy the flavors of spinach and Swiss cheese without the hassle of a crust.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach and shredded Swiss cheese until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden on top.
