- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions until the beef is browned.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
- Add the cooked beef mixture to the egg mixture.
- Stir in the cheese, tomatoes, and bell peppers.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
