Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, warm water, and apple cider vinegar.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the dough to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Can be frozen for longer storage.
