Description

A low-carb alternative to traditional bread, perfect for those following a ketogenic diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, warm water, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the dough to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool before slicing.
