Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated erythritol
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chopped pistachios and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool slightly before cutting into bars.
