Description

Deliciously cheesy stuffed mushrooms, perfect as an appetizer or party snack!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and parsley.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the stuffed mushrooms.
  6. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can include cooked bacon or sausage in the stuffing.
  • These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
