Deliciously cheesy stuffed mushrooms, perfect as an appetizer or party snack!

- 1 pound large mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and parsley.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the stuffed mushrooms.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include cooked bacon or sausage in the stuffing.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
