Description

This Easy Keto French Silk Pie is a delicious chocolate dessert that’s low in carbs and gluten-free.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour and cocoa powder.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and erythritol until fluffy.
  4. Add vanilla and melted chocolate, mix well.
  5. Incorporate dry ingredients and salt.
  6. Spread mixture into a pie pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Let cool completely.
  8. Beat eggs in a bowl until light, then add to cooled chocolate mixture.
  9. Transfer filling into the crust and chill until set, about 2 hours.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of coffee to the chocolate filling.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
