- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and sauté until it begins to soften.
- Stir in the sauerkraut and cook for another few minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and cabbage mixture and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese on top and cover the skillet until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional sauerkraut if desired.
