Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and sauté until it begins to soften.
  3. Stir in the sauerkraut and cook for another few minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
