- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ½ cups erythritol or sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Slowly add boiling water to the batter and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
