Description

A delicious low-carb chocolate cake that fits perfectly into your keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups almond flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cups erythritol or sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup boiling water


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Slowly add boiling water to the batter and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool before serving.
