Description

A delicious twist on traditional egg rolls, served deconstructed for a quick and easy meal!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1/4 cup crispy wonton strips


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork until browned.
  2. Add coleslaw mix, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to the skillet; stir to combine.
  3. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in green onions and cornstarch; cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve in bowls topped with crispy wonton strips.
