Ingredients

- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1/4 cup crispy wonton strips
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork until browned.
- Add coleslaw mix, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to the skillet; stir to combine.
- Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in green onions and cornstarch; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve in bowls topped with crispy wonton strips.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper or sriracha.
- Can be made with ground chicken or turkey as a leaner option.
