Description

A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs with everything bagel seasoning for a high-protein, low-carb snack.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives


Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, everything bagel seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped chives and more everything bagel seasoning before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
  • These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
