A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs with everything bagel seasoning for a high-protein, low-carb snack.

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, everything bagel seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives and more everything bagel seasoning before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
