Description
A rich and indulgent fudge made with hazelnuts and chocolate, inspired by the iconic Ferrero Rocher.
Ingredients

- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine the dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat; stir until melted.
- Add the vanilla extract and cocoa powder to the chocolate mixture.
- Fold in the roasted hazelnuts.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
- Adjust the sweetness by using semi-sweet chocolate instead of dark chocolate if desired.
