Description

A rich and indulgent fudge made with hazelnuts and chocolate, inspired by the iconic Ferrero Rocher.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder


Instructions

  1. Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat; stir until melted.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and cocoa powder to the chocolate mixture.
  4. Fold in the roasted hazelnuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  • Adjust the sweetness by using semi-sweet chocolate instead of dark chocolate if desired.
