- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, melt cream cheese and butter together.
- Add the egg and sweetener to the melted mixture and combine.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and cut into triangles.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
