Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, melt cream cheese and butter together.
  4. Add the egg and sweetener to the melted mixture and combine.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into triangles.
  7. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
