- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cooked meat or veggies (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese, and microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
- Combine ingredients and knead the dough until smooth.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into circles.
- Add fillings of choice and fold the dough over to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
