Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, almond flour, egg, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and nutmeg.
- Mix until a dough forms, then divide into small portions.
- Roll each portion into a rope and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, then drop the gnocchi in batches.
- Cook until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and serve with your favorite sauce.
