- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together hemp seeds, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each chicken tender into the egg, then coat with the hemp seed mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can air fry the tenders instead of baking them.
- These are great served with a dipping sauce of your choice.
