Description

These hemp seed crusted chicken tenders are a delicious and nutritious way to enjoy a high-protein meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together hemp seeds, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the egg, then coat with the hemp seed mixture.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can air fry the tenders instead of baking them.
