- 1/2 cup erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, erythritol, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the eggs, almond milk, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool before serving.
