JalapeƱo Popper Deviled Eggs are creamy, spicy, and loaded with bacon and cheeseāa bold twist on a classic appetizer perfect for any party.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 jalapeƱo, finely chopped (seeds removed)
- Garnish: bacon crumbles, jalapeƱo slices, chopped chives
Instructions
- Boil eggs, then cool and peel.
- Slice eggs in half and scoop out yolks.
- Mix yolks with cream cheese, mayo, mustard, vinegar, and garlic.
- Fold in bacon and jalapeƱos.
- Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
- Garnish and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a milder version, use pickled jalapeƱos or remove all seeds and ribs.
- Prep yolk mixture in advance and store separately until serving.
