Description

Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs are creamy, spicy, and loaded with bacon and cheese—a bold twist on a classic appetizer perfect for any party.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (seeds removed)
  • Garnish: bacon crumbles, jalapeño slices, chopped chives


Instructions

  1. Boil eggs, then cool and peel.
  2. Slice eggs in half and scoop out yolks.
  3. Mix yolks with cream cheese, mayo, mustard, vinegar, and garlic.
  4. Fold in bacon and jalapeños.
  5. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a milder version, use pickled jalapeños or remove all seeds and ribs.
  • Prep yolk mixture in advance and store separately until serving.
