These delicious Keto Air Fryer Chocolate Cupcakes are the perfect low-carb dessert for chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and erythritol.
  3. In another bowl, mix the applesauce, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Line the air fryer basket with cupcake liners and fill them halfway with the batter.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute almond flour with coconut flour, but adjust the quantity.
