Delicious and easy to make Keto Almond Cookies that are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the carbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, flattening each ball slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges.
  7. Let cool before serving.
