A delicious and healthy take on a Big Mac, this Keto Big Mac Protein Salad is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner option!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup pickles, chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
