Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the peanut butter, egg, and almond milk, and stir until combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
