- 1/3 cup erythritol

- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the peanut butter, egg, and almond milk, and stir until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
