Description

A delicious keto-friendly burger steak served with rich mushroom gravy.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Form into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties until browned on both sides.
  5. Remove patties and set aside.
  6. Add mushrooms to the same skillet and sauté until softened.
  7. Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then bring to a boil.
  8. Lower heat and return patties to the skillet.
  9. Simmer until patties are cooked through.
  10. Stir in heavy cream and let simmer until thickened.
