A delicious keto-friendly burger steak served with rich mushroom gravy.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties until browned on both sides.
- Remove patties and set aside.
- Add mushrooms to the same skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and return patties to the skillet.
- Simmer until patties are cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream and let simmer until thickened.
Notes
- This dish is best served with low-carb vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
