Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup erythritol
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool before serving.
