 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 1 cup erythritol
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 4 large eggs
 - 1/2 cup melted butter
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
 - In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
 - In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
 - Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
 - Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
 - Let the cake cool before serving.
