So you really don’t know how many carbs or calories you are ingesting if there’s no serving size. Quarter cup of almond flour has six carbs and 3 G of fiber. About 4 G of carbohydrates in a cup mozzarella. Almost two grams of carbohydrates in a cup of cheddar cheese. But not sure if your nutrition calculation is net carbs or just full carbs. Still hard to figure out what a real serving amount is in this recipe.
