My journey into the kitchen wasn’t sparked by culinary school or a family legacy of chefs, but rather by a desperate search for a healthier, more sustainable way to live. A few years ago, I found myself feeling sluggish, frustrated, and out of sync with my body. I stumbled across the ketogenic lifestyle through a friend’s recommendation, and from the first recipe I tried, I was hooked.

 

Keto wasn’t just a diet for me—it became a revelation. I discovered that cooking low-carb meals didn’t mean sacrificing flavor, comfort, or creativity. In fact, it opened up a whole new world of ingredients and techniques that I had never considered before.
