- 1 cup diced ham
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add diced ham and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add cauliflower florets and cook until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Serve warm.

- For extra flavor, add some herbs like thyme or parsley.
- This chowder can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
