Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add diced ham and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cauliflower florets and cook until tender.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until smooth.
  7. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  8. Serve warm.
