This Keto Cheesy Pesto Chicken Casserole is a flavorful and satisfying dish perfect for a low-carb meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, pesto sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
