- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet and brown on both sides.
- Add garlic and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until mushrooms are softened.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add thyme. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
