Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and erythritol.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- Store donuts in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Top with sugar-free chocolate glaze or coconut flakes if desired.
