Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup collagen protein powder
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, collagen protein powder, flaxseed meal, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add almond milk and olive oil.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
