A delicious low-carb bread packed with protein, perfect for keto diets.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup collagen protein powder
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, collagen protein powder, flaxseed meal, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add almond milk and olive oil.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before slicing.
