Description

A delicious low-carb pastry filled with cream cheese, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
