Delicious keto-friendly donuts made with coconut flour, perfect for low-carb diets.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased donut pan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the donuts are golden brown.
  7. Let cool before removing from the pan.

Notes
