- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased donut pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the donuts are golden brown.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes

- For a chocolate version, add unsweetened cocoa powder to the batter.
