Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each donut mold about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
- Enjoy your keto donuts plain or with your favorite sugar-free glaze.
Notes
- These donuts can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder to the batter.
