Description

Delicious and fluffy keto donuts that are low in carbs and perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each donut mold about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
  8. Enjoy your keto donuts plain or with your favorite sugar-free glaze.

Notes

  • These donuts can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder to the batter.
